VMRTECH.IN 15-Day Return Policy: We offer returns on items purchased on VMRTECH.IN within 15 days of receipt. Once the return is approved, the amount will be credited back to your bank account.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact.
• If your item included a free gift, you must return the gift as well.
• Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
• Use a reliable courier service for returns.

Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the reason provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Although we strive to fulfill all orders, there are circumstances under which an order might be canceled. Common reasons include:

• - Product temporarily out of stock
• - Limitations on quantities available
• - Pricing or product information errors
• - Issues flagged by credit/fraud prevention systems
• - Invalid address details
• - Delivery to non-serviceable areas
• - Order can be cancelled within 1 day

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.

Again, cancellations are subject to management approval based on the provided reason.

Replacement Policy

Replacement: If the product is damaged, we will replace the item. Please note that we do not provide any refunds under the replacement policy.

Delivery Time for Replaced Products: All replaced products will be delivered within 1-5 days after the replacement request is approved.
